Review on EMATETEK Aluminum Holder Compatile Chromebook by Ronald Wheeler

I have had the device since September and have used it several times. Today at work, when creating an image of a client PC, the network part just stopped working. So I tested it on 3 other computers and made sure it doesn't work. I emailed Ematek this afternoon and received a response from them by 9:30pm EST. I work in IT, I understand I could get a broken one. When it worked, it worked great. I even ran a USB 3.1 enclosure NVMe SSD with excellent performance using a NIC. Ematetek informed me that the guarantee is 6 months, corrected my contact details and sent me another one. 4 stars, I deducted one because he died in less than 6 months.
