I bought a white kinesiology tape. It cuts easily. It sticks easily. It separates easily from itself if it sticks to itself during application. It takes about 3 days to remove in the shower (as suggested in the email and free e-book, best removed in the shower or bath with warm water, similar to a dry patch, but with slightly less burning). I also found the free e-book helpful (which is one of the reasons I bought this brand over others). Cutting and trimming the tape was easy (tip: round the corners for easy removal). I used the e-book as a guide on how and where to apply tape In general, I notice a difference when I use tape and when I don't.
