I've been a keen baker for over 20 years and this is the best nonstick baking pan I've ever used. First, they really are what they say they are. NOT STICKY! No spray or other product is required and my cookies or other candies come out instantly! Although they say they are dishwasher safe, they recommend hand washing, which I did, and they clean up nice and easy. Finally, I've found that the unique quilted effect on the bottom seems to provide more even heat distribution and my baked goods are more textured, moister and more evenly browned. This is a great purchase and the price couldn't be better!
