I was on a 12 week diet and fitness program and one of my trainers recommended this protein. One scoop can be mixed with 5 ounces of milk to make a really tasty pudding. I originally bought the chocolate peanut butter flavor, which is great too, but I find the vanilla flavor more neutral to me. I love it. I realized how great it was when I ran out of protein and switched to another brand of protein that I had before buying and I couldn't stand its fake sweet taste. I could hardly drink it! This is a great protein and I'm so thankful I found it. I notice a big difference when I use it.
