I bought this strap because when I work on the golf course I sometimes need a steady place to strap on my knife and radio and I wanted that too something comes out that I won't be wearing after a few weeks because of all the abuse I've been through. So far I'm very satisfied and don't see any cracks or scratches. The other thing that sealed the deal for me was the warranty. If it breaks, it's good to know that the company will stand by their product and send another. I read several reviews and the overwhelming majority of positive reviews gave me the boost I needed. This is the last belt I ever wanted.
