I like the functionality and style of this backpack. The zippers are good quality, thick material, the built in lock works well and is very reliable. A bit fiddly to use, but it works. I'm deducting a star because at the time of purchase it was advertised as having a cable in the charging port. There was no cable in my kit. I contacted the seller and explained what I had read as an advertisement and they offered me a few dollars and a ready answer but did not cover the (extremely modest) cost (I think it was $7 but I'm losing my memory). ). Purchase of the cable needed to connect the connector to my battery. I never received the few dollars they originally offered. Overall I like the backpack, it's functional, looks great, works well, high quality, I would recommend but am disappointed with the inconsistency in advertising and a bad buy. Service.
