It works for my Mitsubishi Montero Sport, has the original gearbox with almost 200K, still works well but due to age overheating is normal. Downshifting was a problem due to the high heat especially in the heat so I decided to fit a transmission cooler, problem solved now I have a cooler running transmission and better shifting, this cooler is well made looks good and is its own worth money. BTW, the reason I gave four stars was the hose clamps and a missing part from the kit, the clamps were too big so I used smaller clamps to avoid over tightening which would deform the clamps and leak would become.
