I haven't had a chance to use my new bits yet but after reading the reviews I wanted to remove the bits to try and do this to solve problem that they are too small . rubber bushings. I removed most of it with the old strap and small channel locks. During the removal process, I noticed that since the bushings are rubber, they come out a little easier if you use a counter-clockwise circular motion when twisting. I've managed to remove three bits with an old belt or small piece of leather and a counter-clockwise rotation method without using channel locks. I'll add a review later after using the beat.
