My wife had a third degree wound and absolutely loves this product.

I am writing to her account on behalf of my wife. She was in very difficult labor (with postpartum hemorrhage and a grade 3 perineal tear). Of course it's hard to say if the herbs are helping her, but she seems to be doing better and really likes the herbs. We just ordered our fifth batch. It's quite expensive if like my wife you take a sitz bath every day, but I think it's worth it if it can help heal a badly torn perineum. Our midwife also recommended checking out Etsy which seems to have cheaper options but we're sticking with it because we liked it.
