I love this shampoo. Smells great and lathers well. Doesn't weigh my hair down. Good product. The price is a little more expensive because you need to pay the shipping. There was a problem. The shampoo is so thick (a sign of a good shampoo) that you can't get the pump to pump up the shampoo. I contacted the company and they said they couldn't fix the problem other than send me another pump. They said they couldn't fix the problem, sorry. I had to go to Sally to buy a pump with a bigger straw on the pump. Now it works perfectly. It cost me shampoo, shipping, time to contact the store and an extra pump.
