Review on 💧 Enhanced Sterilization with the iSpring UVT11A Stainless Steel Sterilizer by Elizabeth Morrison

Good, well-made component, but not a universal part. Here it is advertised as an upgrade for all UV lamps used in reverse osmosis systems, but is actually a replacement part for ISpring reverse osmosis systems. 4 pin bulbs but actually for bulbs with two 2 pin plugs and no extension plug is supplied which is needed to connect a 2 pin UV lamp base to a 2 pin plug. In order for me to use it with the UV lamp upgrade to my new R/O system I had to connect a 4 pin connector from my other transformer. I wanted the iSpring R/O system which is listed as a 7 stage UV setup but is no longer available here on Amazon or direct from iSpring. The lamp does not work for your system. Update. I have tried calling their support team and contacting them through their website and it has been a futile exercise. The website is mostly useless and the navigation is poor or a dead end.
