This product seems to have a sort life expectancy, about 2 years, right around the supposed warranty. Have used the charger once a month, for 2 years. The charger is mounted inside my garage, away from any possible weather damage. It has not been removed or taken around traveling.All the sudden the screen doesn’t light up anymore. My 2021 Bolt displays error message of "unable to charge”. Have taken the car to public charging stations, car works fine. Have put a different Level 2 charger in the same outlet and worked fine, outlet is not malfunctioning.Contacted Mustart customer service and was given the only option of reviving 40 percent off ANOTHER PURCHASE, if I left a FIVE STAR review. I will NOT falsify my experience with this company. I purchased a product and expect it TO WORK. Please reader, look at the HEEPS of other ONE STAR reviews. This product is making quite the track record for itself; breaking down, MELTING plugs and DAMAGING car’s charging ports.
