I like that it allows me to track my pipeline of opportunities as well as keep up with all communication between myself and our customers or prospects! This has been helpful for keeping everyone informed about what's going on within each opportunity/contact so far (and when they're expecting updates). There are some features which aren't very intuitive - but we've gotten used them after awhile. Some things take longer than others to be updated, especially if you have an active interaction history with someone through email. Keep this tool handy because there isn't anything else quite like it out there yet. We were able to find new business faster by being more organized and having better visibility into where everything was located.
