While it was easy to assemble and I love the fact that it folds up if someone needs to move it, it's lacking in many places. Due to the folding function, it leaves the room open. If your cat, like mine, has trouble hiding her stuff, she will end up lying on your floor, so I have to sweep all the time. The door is one-way, so some cats may not like it and just sit in the toilet, not realizing they can just jump out from the top. I ended up cutting off the tabs to give my cat a choice. The slots at the top didn't help track debris. Cats don't wipe their paws, which allows the smell to escape. I really want to get another box but I paid more than I should have so will definitely do more research before making a purchase decision. I put the box on the garbage mat to catch the garbage that comes out, it helps control the mess a bit. The pull-out tray is cool, but the scoop sucks.
