. We received this vacuum cleaner back at the end of September (now end of November) and have had to change the belt twice and take it apart more than 3 times because the belt keeps slipping off track. To get it from the upright position you have to step on the front of the vacuum and it lets go (it says in the instructions and all) and we think when we do that it puts pressure on the spinning belt exerts because it spins even upright and when it's hot or just clicks or when it goes on deep pile carpet it clicks because the suction is so strong when you drag it across the carpet it breaks off too. Big disappointment and waste of money. I would not recommend it.
