I like how our team can easily access all our data from one system, which makes our work much easier. It's also easy to manage our sales channels from one screen. I would say that it could be improved by adding more integrations with other platforms, as well as an API so we can use it from other applications or even mobile devices. Salesforce is a good tool to store our data and keep track of our leads and customers, but it lacks some key features, such as CRM and marketing tools. This software solves these problems by giving us a central place to store all of our data.
