The best part about this software is that you can easily create different types of tickets for any event or conference which makes it very useful in managing all kinds of ticketing needs with ease! I have been using their service since 2015 and they are definitely worth every penny spent as far as customer support goes - nothing but great things!! We didn't find anything negative at first; however we did run into issues when trying to add new features (such as email reminders) later down the line.
They were able to resolve those problems right away so no complaints there either. Great product overall though - highly recommended if you're looking for an online tool where everything from registration/ticket sales through payment processing works seamlessly together without too much hassle. Our biggest problem was finding something like this out there before deciding between other services such as Eventbrite /.

- The price for upgrades and additional features can get a bit cumbersome if you have a big budget and end up having to spend more than you should have to
