Review on Froolu by Nicholas Serafini

My awful experience with Froolu: Don't use it!

I depend heavily on online stores to buy the things I need for my home because I'm a busy mother of two. I recently came across Froolu and was pleased to see their selection of kitchen and household goods. My interactions with the business, however, were a total nightmare. I started by ordering a set of kitchen towels and some placemats for the dining area. Although the website guaranteed quick delivery, it took more than two weeks for my purchase to arrive. It was so frustrating not to have the basic kitchen supplies during this period. To make matters worse, when my order did eventually arrive, I was dismayed to discover that the products' quality was appalling. The placemats had rough sides and a cheaply manufactured appearance, and the towels were paper-thin and flimsy. I believed that I had squandered my money on subpar goods. But dealing with Froolu's customer care department was the worst aspect of my experience. When I contacted them to voice my displeasure with the goods' subpar quality, I was met with rudeness and indifference. They wouldn't give me a refund or a replacement, so I was left feeling frustrated and powerless. In conclusion, I would highly advise anyone thinking about buying from Froolu to pass. They are a company to stay away from at all costs due to their lengthy delivery times, subpar goods, and appalling customer service.

Pros
  • Unusual and superior goods
Cons
  • It's possible that some products' prices are higher than those of their rivals.
