Seemingly perfect original OEM part. Once I figured out how to take the door panel apart and access the old broken actuator, it turned out to be a really easy task. Just make sure you don't have any spares when you're done. It may be the more expensive part on the options list, but if you buy this part from Toyota, it costs almost double plus labor. This is the one that worked for me.
