I would give that 5 stars but I didn't like that the directions said not to use harsh chemicals. All my life I've used harsh chemicals without worrying about faucet fogging. Now I have to think about the cleaning products I use. I looked at similar faucets from other suppliers and noticed that the material was corroded. I will update in the future when this happens. I also didn't like that the drain ring was plastic. I see it looking bad over time as the plastic starts to tarnish. It took my husband and I 3 hours to install because it was very difficult for us to remove our old faucet. To save time, you can purchase a Home Depot galvanized pipe cutter (a mini saw for about $15) to get rid of old pipes. Installing this new faucet was SUPER easy, but it took a few twists and turns (pushing hot and cold water lines into the pipes with one handle) to prevent a leak. I wish there was a click so we know the tubes are secure. I'm sure that if a child came along, they could easily pull out the hot and cold water pipes. The instructions said to use silicone sealant on the drain column (to attach the drain to the sink), but we didn't need to. . We have made sure that the rubber washer is clamped tightly enough between the sinks. It was a bit difficult to follow the instructions but it was easy because I followed the diagram and showed my husband how to install it. It also says you need an Allen key, but we couldn't find a suitable one. The pliers should work to tighten the nuts. All in all I recommend this if you are looking for a cheap faucet. Looking back, I wish we'd spent twice as much money on a famous brand. Satisfied with 5 year warranty. I hope that in the future it will not be difficult to contact the company if or when the need arises.
