The seller I bought from is not wrong. Used as a valve replacement for HE220. Hot water flows through the valve, which helps to humidify the air flow. This valve is well installed and includes everything you need. However, there are two problems: 1. The orifice is larger than the 1/16 inch required for the HE220, so the flow through the filter was very heavy for several hours of operation. 2. The valve did not close after the power was cut off. The water pressure is about 40psi, and after the oven shut off power (I even turned it off) from the valve, the water continued to flow through. The slapping of the valve slowed the flow, leading me to believe it was defective. substitute.
