I have 5 year old caulk on my tub that looked disgusting so I bought this to remove (I already had a caulk smoothing tool and it works great, so I'm sure this will work great too). My seal was so old and brittle that she didn't mind. It grabs a piece of sealant and then slowly pulls it off. I just feel like this is a bit of false advertising. So if you have fresh sealant you want to remove I'm sure this will work. But old seal, I don't know if anything other than elbow grease will help you.
