Just a terrible product, very upset.

We bought a split system LG S22EQ in 2022 in a new building. It turned out that there were few people in the new building and they turned it on for only 40 minutes, and then autumn and winter came, so they didn’t use it. That is, according to the term, it turned out that we used it for about a month and worked in just this month for several hours. And when summer came and they began to fully use the split system, it turned out that after turning it on and working, after about an hour and a half, the external unit emits a hum, like from a tractor, and begins to vibrate strongly. Accordingly, they made an application for repair at the LG SERVICE CENTER. Not only did their master start demanding money from the call just for the call, but he also began to beat off all my requests for repairs. The master didn't even look at her. And the company replied that the inspection was carried out and the fault of the installers. Although it works for an hour and there is no hum and vibration. The installers just laughed at this situation, what can they do? LG believes that I will repair it myself, and a new split system. Now I'm considering going to court. Looking for an independent review. Do not buy this split system. And I bought two split systems. The second one just doesn't cool either. Just buy another brand of air conditioner, which will cool the room for you in 5 minutes to the temperature you need in an hour. The second split system seems to blow, it is charged with refrigerant (I checked it on purpose), but it does not cool well even if the JET MODE function is turned on. I chose this conditioner based on reviews. I have the impression that they are written by the company itself.

  • No, except for a beautiful indoor unit. Buy a better air conditioner. This has a 12 month warranty. In my opinion, this is the smallest guarantee of all air conditioners. I went to the store and asked how much the guarantee for the brands presented there (I won’t write exactly which ones) is the CSN store, everything was 3 years, except for this.
Cons
  • Either it will work or it won't. 50% to 50%, like in the lottery. The SERVICE CENTER ignores and from the first call starts extorting money without even examining the equipment.
