When we need it, this cream works wonderfully. I will purchase again as needed and haven't ever felt like I need to look elsewhere. My pediatrician keeps recommending aquaphor despite my objection that it contains petroleum products and is not cloth diaper safe - but she has samples of that one. I sort of want to give her samples of this cream and let her know this is the way baby products need to be made and she should recommend this instead.
