Review on Enhance Vehicle Diagnostics with FIXD OBD2 Professional Bluetooth Scan Tool & Code Reader - iPhone and Android Compatible by Adam Martinez

I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent and their website said this product would work with my car - the website lied. I plugged it in and the blue light came on and started blinking. I tried connecting it from my phone and tablet, nothing worked. It couldn't read my VIN and after entering it manually it still couldn't connect. Their customer service was terrible and could only read the instructions that were emailed to me and came with the unit. The weird thing was that all the documentation said the device ID should start with CV and mine with CX. I've tried many diagnostics myself, restarted the phone, wiped the device, reinstalled the app, moved to another location, used wifi, used cellular. My service was fast enough, I measured 130 Mbps from fast.com. Tried putting the phone and tablet in different places, tried with the car running and just the key on. Tried their classic bluetooth mode. I've tried other things too. Stay away from this product. I don't usually write strong reviews, but this company really annoyed me. I was promised an email response from their tech support followed by a phone call. No one from this company has even contacted me. I am returning your product and I hope no one has the misfortune of dealing with you or your product.
