Very little shampoo is needed. I have shoulder-length hair, not very thick, literally from the head of my hair was enough for the entire length of my hair. And then it's a lot, because it foams very well. I used it together with a balm, my hair is moisturized, shiny, although usually when I dry it naturally, it fluffs up, and this, like after keratin, touched everything, I thought they just hadn’t dried yet, but no, they’re just so moisturized, I think it will be better further.
