I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I had to say something about this product to put people off looking for something good. It takes 10 minutes or more to warm up to see how hot it gets, and then it gets so hot you have to remove your feet or turn off the heat. Even in socks. The rollers in the center of the plate will blow you and have no power unless you spin them all the way up. I would hardly call it kneading or rolling. More like rubbing and bruising. The device only has a 15 minute timer which, if like me you have foot pains, hardly scratches the surface by the time you actually want to use it. That way you'll be spamming the timer + on it a lot. It also has very little shaking power compared to other devices I've seen. absolutely not worth the money. They say it can be used for other areas of pain, but it's so bulky I don't see how that's possible. Guess if your creative. Overall I would give 2 stars.
