I really like this backpack. I needed this for nursing school so I needed something permanent to carry my 1000 books that I have. The color is excellent. The straps are quite thick and padded so they don't put too much strain on your shoulders and distribute the weight well when you have heavier things on hand. The bottom pocket is a little odd, but I'm getting used to it. When you open it, put things in, not just throw something in. The only thing I would really change is the location of the smaller hole where the handles and storage are if it had two zippers instead of one. The bag opens quite wide for easy access to books or whatever you have inside. It seems like really durable stuff and I get compliments on it all the time. The pictures show what books I usually take to school, but the other bags fit a few more things.
