I'm writing this review as a customer who has recently done business with NYORTHO, and I have to say that I was very dissatisfied with the standard of both their products and their services. My interactions with them did not live up to their claims that they are a trustworthy provider of medical supplies and equipment; rather, they left a lot to be desired. To begin, I discovered that the products I ordered did not live up to the standards that were advertised and were of a poorer quality than what I expected. As a result of the fact that the braces, splints, and supports that I purchased did not suit me correctly, I had to put up with a great deal of discomfort and inconvenience. In addition, contrary to what was promised, the equipment I obtained did not improve either my general health or my well-being. Instead, it made my situation even worse, so I had no choice but to seek medical attention from a different source. In addition to that, I did not appreciate the customer support that they provided. After bringing my concerns to the attention of their staff, I did not receive a response or assistance that was adequate to my needs. It appeared as though their primary focus was on closing the deal rather than ensuring that their customers received high-quality support. My interaction with NYORTHO was negative on the whole, and as a result, I would not recommend their services to anyone else. It is admirable that their objective is to improve the quality of life of their customers, but they must prioritize keeping the commitments they make to their customers and delivering goods and services of a high standard.
