Came without back straps. Bought from Raven.
The bag is nice and looks solid. The sealed package from Revain via FEDEX came with no back straps or other G-hooks to attach to my bike! I just don't want to send it back. I hope someone reads this and sends it to me correctly. Let's see what real customer support is. Get what you paid for and get everything from the start with no extra paperwork.
