Great exercise bands!
These are really great bands. They velcro covers a lot of the length so it is no problem to wear these on anything from a thin ankle to an upper arm. If you are built like the Hulk and want to wear them on your thigh you could even do that by using two of them velcro'ed together. They have good retro reflectivity and work perfectly for early morning bicycle rides when it is dark outside.
