Exactly what I needed. Large elastic bands not included

This is exactly what I needed but thought it had elastic bands. It was my fault because I just read too many ads. These are big 95 gallon bags that go in the bins, rubber bands are needed because recyclers don't want to use plastic bags but when thrown in the bag they fall out along with material so hard I actually used channel Tape instead of rubber. Group.
