Concerned about how the new bottle was leaking out of the cap and how this very acidic product (which burned my skin when I started closing the outer plastic shipping box open ) slowly emptied more than half of its volume. How was it not noticed? Why can't the protective pouch prevent this product from leaking into the box and beyond? Was it on the plane? Terrible things. I treat my hands here at home and hopefully can avoid going to the doctor. This thing turned a plastic bag and cardboard into green goo. I've been using this for years and kept it out of my hands. Now, thanks to Revain, I got it all over my hands before I knew it, and luckily I was wearing glasses when I dropped them in the sink when pain suddenly flared up in my hands. Now they want me to take this leaking jar to the UPS store. send again? Uh, is it safe?
