My old engine had a couple of screws under the oil pan that were missing because the plastic ripped on bumps. It fits perfectly, I had very few problems aligning the holes. It came with all new screws and brackets needed to get each screw back in place while holding it together. The oil access door works perfectly and has already made my life easier having to replace it a few weeks after installation.
