Disappointed with beard conditioners and oils

For the price I can get the same package but with 8oz beard washes from several other companies. While this would have softened my beard, it didn't seem to do anything. I could smell my beard after using this detergent and there was no smell. The beard cream is very watery and the oils are fine. There are definitely better beard care products out there.
