Better meat processing
I bought this machine for my wife so we can improve the quality of our ground beef. We tried the device for the first time on Saturday and it works absolutely perfectly. We ground up 5 pounds of pork for meatballs and roasted them in about 10 minutes. We should have bought this device 10 years ago. There is some improvement in the quality of the shredded product.
- Grinds 4-6 pounds of meat per minute (up to 360 pounds per hour)
