It did everything it promised, well built and works very well and is also affordable. I have recommended many things for any Pentax camera, it also gives excellent results with my Lumix LX3 camera flash although it took quite a while to get it working. With this orientation, gravity works against the lid's locking mechanism, which is bad design practice. In addition, the partially open (2mm) position of the battery cover after the flash has been nudged or flipped to tilt the flash head. The battery cover can and sometimes does open causing the flash not to work. Make sure lightning doesn't get hit to prevent this from happening. I've given myself two great years of work and it works fine when it's on.
