I rarely write bad reviews, but I'm very dissatisfied. This tree is not full and lush like in the picture. The branches are very thin and widely spaced, and it is impossible to fluff them up in such a way that they block the view of the surroundings. Colored straws are tied to each branch, but the branches are attached to the tree with hinges so that . why?! Then to make matters worse I received this tree at the end of October and checked my return order today as I took it out of the box to have it delivered. "Window closed after returning this item on November 30th." Today is December 1st. BOOM! Now I'm stuck with a $70 tree, that wasn't what I thought I would order. Sadness. Moral: Buy a tree from a store to see what you're really getting.
