Great, but I can't say anything about durability. :-/
This heater works well. It's fully submersible, which is very convenient, allowing you to place it anywhere in your aquarium. I use mine horizontally in the middle. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because my original one was defective and stopped heating after about 2.5-3 months of use. The good news is that Marineland has replaced it.
- The Triac thermostat uses a lower voltage to turn the heater on and off, offering superior performance and reliability.
- There are other interesting options.
