Light Cardstock

First you need to know your paper weight, if you are frustrated it is because you can guess what it will be like. Barely the weight of a recipe card, this paper bends easily, isn't stiff but stands up on its own when folded, twice the thickness of thick paper. I use it to create custom labels for kitchen containers. That's twice as much as resume paper if you've ever used really good resume paper. Good enough for a cover but not quite for a cover, not heavy enough for a cover in my opinion, I would take #100 or #110 lbs for a cover. The weight of all paper manufacturers is slightly different from each other. This is good paper. Hope that helps.
