Look I paid $16 for this stand (in 2021) and for the price it's great. I trust it enough to put a $1,200 iPad on it, but if this stand ever cost more than $20, even with shipping, it wouldn't be worth the price. This is a small, lightweight stand with a small, lightweight base (about 5 inches in diameter) that doesn't hold the devices securely as they sit loosely on the two built-in brackets. I have used simple removable non-staining tape to attach the stand to my desk when using the touchscreen for video/music editing or gaming. If you're only using the stand for watching videos, that's great. If you want a stand that locks your device in place, this isn't it.
