I like that it allows me to quickly share documents from my computer (from both home office/work location) for viewing or modification before sending out via email attachments - which makes working remotely an easy process! And all files are stored securely online so there isn't any risk associated wtih file loss due too software failure etc.. I like how easy it was to set up our account. The support staff were helpful from start to finish. Our initial tests showed that we should be able to cut down video encoding times by 25%-50%. We are using this solution for an ad server so no huge benefit yet but very interested to see what happens once our traffic increases.
