The user interface is very intuitive, making setup easy for non-technical users who have little experience with any web application platform or hosting service in particular. It's not too difficult but there are some tasks which require more technical skills than most people would possess (and of course it costs money). We're looking at deploying our Learning Management System through their managed services option where we can pay as needed instead having full monthly charges without knowing if they'll actually be using that capacity all month long! The flexibility of the platform and the ease of use for both managers and employees. I have not experienced any downsides with this software. I highly recommend this system as it has been very useful in allowing us to keep up with our learning goals. We are able to provide trainings across multiple departments without having to purchase a separate training platform.
