Complete crap for sports
It's not possible to attach a punching bag to a pole. There is a screw protruding from the bottom of the punching bag and the shaft is hollow (no threads to let the screw in) so the best you can do is loosely install the screw in the hollow shaft. Hit it a few times and it just falls off, leaving that pointy metal stick dangling in your child's face. This product is complete rubbish and I returned it within 20 minutes of opening it.
