I love this because it makes my process so much easier when checking in with multiple people at once, which is quite cumbersome currently! Also having something where you can put your info as well in case of an emergency or if someone forgets their card. That way they don't have to look up all that information again later. Still getting used but overall very good product. When adding cards for people like me who checkin frequently we've found some problems with keeping track of our prefences/card numbers within prefme itself though there are ways around them. So far we haven't run into any major issues. It's such a big pain now just how time consuming everything has become these days especially if you want to book more than 1 room online etc. Just make sure you use this while booking otherwise not too many benefits unless one does happen to need them during regular stay (which isn't likely). Having things automated saves us loads of stress from being constantly present throughout every hotel property to make certain guest feel welcome. This service also means less waiting times in queue lines which saves precious minutes each day as most places require queuing before entering building anyway for various reasons. Not only that but it gives peace of mind knowing we're always covered by insurance since nothing could go wrong without proper coverage. It is very easy to use and it has many features which are useful for our business. I like that we can easily add more points of sale with this software. There were some problems when we installed prefme at one point but they fixed them quickly. We have been using prefme in all our restaurants since last year and everything works as expected. This is an excellent solution for any restaurant or hotel looking to expand their customer base.
