I really dislike that there is no way to get a quote from someone who is not in your network. I've had people tell me that they will give me a quote but then never actually send one via email. This has happened multiple times with different people. I also would like to be able to see my entire past history with a contractor so it's easier to make sure they aren't stealing anything or not paying anyone else. If you have questions before hiring you can always call a customer service agent and ask. As far as price matching goes, I'm still waiting for them to respond. They will only match the lowest price. The cost for the tool is ridiculous, so if you're looking for something inexpensive this isn't the best program. We use it to get estimates before we decide who we hire.
