two brown tail light wires on the trailer side, one didn't work.

One of the brown wires in the rear light was not conducting. After using my circuit tester it was found that the wire did not have continuity in the 4 pin connector so I had to connect this wire to another brown wire that had continuity but it doesn't work. UPDATE: Seller Refunded, Defective! Service+!
