The ability to run multiple VMs in an easily managed way is great! It's also easy for customers who don't have technical expertise or know-how of how cloud works, since you can just click away with no manual administration.

I do dislike that there are some performance issues (especially when running more than one VM) but as stated above it really depends if this would be your business model. For us its definitely worth using because we get all our virtual machines up quicky which helps me solve my customer support needs faster!! We're able to scale quickly without having to manually provision new resources/VMS every time demand increases by adding additional instances. This has saved me tons of man hours over the years and allowed me to focus on other things within the organization instead of spending most times troubleshooting problems caused from lack of capacity.
