In fact, the thing is universal and amazing for those who take a sober look at things and do not expect miracles from where they cannot be. Washes the floors perfectly, any: laminate, ceramic tiles, parquet board (I checked everything personally in my apartment, it does not spoil the parquet board). Tiles in the bathroom, kitchen facades and any vertical and horizontal surface that you dare to wash with a wet cloth can be cleaned with this mop without difficulty. It cleans stains on any hard surface perfectly, you just need to hold it there a little longer in order to dissolve the pollution with steam. She can iron curtains. It is difficult to hold vertically, but it does its job. It's better than standing with an iron. But! If we talk about a miracle - it's not worth waiting for. The mop performs its function, the steam washes perfectly even the ancient linoleum almost to newness. However, she will not remove limescale from the bathroom. Otherwise, this is an electric wet rag of increased power and launderability, thanks to steam. It fully justifies its money, I have been using it for more than six months - I still tell everyone that now I don’t have to wash anything with my hands. Crazy enough.
