the material is much thinner than i expected. It is slightly larger than the recording blanket but not as large as a standard muslin swaddle blanket. The bow on the head is not the pretty bow in the photo, but rather the knot pictured. I love that I was able to buy a matching hat with a bow separately so we could use it after the birth instead. Our baby isn't born yet, so I can't talk about how he will change his diaper, but I'll try again as soon as it's born. Overall she is very cute and will look adorable in her fresh 48 photos. Would like more floral options. Maybe some with lighter base colors. Definitely recommend for this price compared to other options out there! :)
